Color-Ad has proudly been producing exhibitions for Manzanar National Historic Site over the past ten years. The Visitor Center and Reproduction Mess Hall are two of the more prominent Color-Ad productions a visitor can experience at Manzanar. Our most recent project recreates the environment of everyday life experienced by the internees. Color-Ad recreated two of the barracks to reflect how they were inhabited when Manzanar was running. We produced tactile, audio, and visual accessibility elements, graphics on various media, integrated av interactives into historic objects, integrated and secured original objects from the historic site into the exhibition, and produced furniture replications.
